We believe Squarespace is one of the best platforms for independent RIA firms. It combines polished, professional design with the flexibility and ease of use that advisors need to manage their websites after launch.
Squarespace is mobile-responsive, intuitive to edit, and powerful enough to support everything most growing RIA firms need, without the complexity and ongoing maintenance that can come with more complicated platforms.
Most importantly, we want you to own and understand your website. Once we hand it over, you’ll be able to make updates, add blog posts, and keep your site current without needing to hire a developer every time something changes.
-
You’ll need to have your website copy and imagery ready by our agreed-upon start date.
The best websites are built when the strategy, messaging, and content are thoughtfully prepared before design begins. We’ll work together during the discovery and planning process to establish a clear direction for your site before we start designing.
If your content isn’t ready when your project is scheduled to begin, we may need to move your project to our next available opening. Depending on the circumstances, a rescheduling fee may apply.
-
We reserve a specific project window for each RIA we work with. Because of our two-week turnaround, we need your content and feedback to keep the project moving.
If you’ve booked your project but aren’t ready to begin, we may need to move your project to our next available opening.
Our goal isn’t to rush you; it’s to make sure we can give your project the focused time and attention it deserves.
-
No. Your Squarespace subscription is purchased separately and remains in your name.
We’ll help you select the appropriate Squarespace plan and walk you through the setup process when your site is ready to launch. This keeps your website account in your hands from day one.
-
You’ll purchase and own your domain separately. If your domain is registered somewhere other than Squarespace, you’ll provide us with the appropriate access or permissions so we can connect it to your new website.
We can help guide you through the process and make sure everything is connected properly before launch.
-
We do not include testimonials on our websites because of the regulatory considerations surrounding testimonials and endorsements for investment advisers.
We also understand how important it is to keep your website private until your RIA’s effective state or SEC registration date. We’ll work with you to make sure your site is ready to launch when your registration is effective.
For compliance guidance, we recommend working with XYPN or another qualified compliance professional. They can provide the specific disclosures, policies, and language your firm needs based on your registration and business model.
Once your compliance materials are finalized, we’re happy to implement the necessary ADV links, disclosures, privacy policies, and other required elements on your website.

Projects are split into two payments:
50% deposit: Due upfront to reserve your project and secure your spot on our schedule.
50% final payment: Due when the project is complete or on the agreed-upon project end date, whichever comes first.
-
Your project includes two rounds of refinements.
We spend time upfront getting to know your firm, your ideal clients, your goals, and your vision for the website. That planning process helps us get the initial design as close to the mark as possible.
In most cases, two rounds of refinements are more than enough to get your site where it needs to be.
If you’d like additional revisions beyond the two included rounds, we’re happy to continue working with you at our current hourly rate.
-
Absolutely. We’re happy to continue working with past clients as their firms grow.
Whether you need a new page, a design update, help with a website change, or ongoing support, we offer additional website work at our half day rates (only available to past clients)

The sooner, the better.
Your website is often one of the last pieces to come together when launching an RIA, but waiting until the last minute can create unnecessary stress. We recommend getting in touch as soon as you begin your branding process, or ideally at least 6–8 weeks before your target launch date.
Because our website projects have a focused two-week build period, getting on the calendar early gives you plenty of time to prepare your content and makes the entire process smoother.
